CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens! However, to respect our artists’ time and other clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below: 🔸 Cancellations & Reschedules • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. 🔸 Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to book your PMU or piercing session. This deposit will go toward your total cost. • If you cancel within the required notice period (48 hours), the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment once. 🔸 Arriving Late • Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation fee may apply.
